BACKGROUND:
The Boeh family arrived in the U.S.A. in the late 1800s from Germany. They moved primarily to Pennsylvania after which several families moved onward to Ohio, Kansas, and California, among others. Boehs are now located throughout the U.S., but are most numerous in those states. The family hosts an annual reunion in Kansas. The name Boeh is pronounced "bay".
